Tip of the Week

This week I learnt about genograms! A method of plotting relationships not necessarily based on genetics using simple symbols and lines. Using genograms can better allow for recording relationship's such as step families and friendships.

I haven't tried creating one yet but I'll certainly be adding it to the list of things I'd like to try, especially when writing about my own step family.

I've been awake most of the night listening to my middle daughter cough (not Covid related). Like all mother's, when she first started coughing I listened intently. Is this a bark? A whoop?
